Absolutely! With my Animal Science degree and veterinary technician background, I'm completely comfortable administering pills, liquid medications, eye drops, and even injections when needed. Special needs and senior pets are always welcome.

I welcome cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, and most small animals into my care. With my Animal Science degree and veterinary technician background, I'm comfortable with a wide variety of pets. The only animals I don't provide care for are snakes. During our meet & greet, we'll discuss your specific pet's needs to ensure they receive the best possible care.

We offer comprehensive in-home care including pet daycare at Kristina's home ($25 for first 3 hours, $5 per additional hour), house sitting services (starting at $22 per visit), pet transport ($15 each way), and even emergency lockout service ($40) for existing clients with keys on file.

We're available Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm and Sunday 12pm-4pm. This includes all services, consultations, and that Sunday availability that most pet sitters don't offer!

Yes! We provide reliable pet care seven days a week, including all holidays. Many pet sitters take time off during busy travel seasons, but we're here when you need us most. Holiday service is available with advance booking.

Changes can be made in writing (text works perfectly). A $20 change fee applies for modifications made during the reserved service period. Please note that clients are responsible for the full reserved amount regardless of early returns or late departures.

We understand plans change! Here's our policy: For cancellations made 8 or more days in advance, you'll receive a 100% refund. If you cancel 2-7 days before your service, there's a 20% fee with an 80% refund. Cancellations made 0-48 hours prior to service require full payment with no refund available. Holiday bookings require full payment with no refunds, and holidays include Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

Payment in full is due at the time of booking to secure your dates. This ensures your pet's care is confirmed and allows us to plan accordingly.

We serve a 4-mile radius from central Katy, including Cinco Ranch, Grand Lakes, Seven Meadows, and Falcon Ranch. For specific location questions, please call to confirm coverage.

All keys are stored in a secure safe at an undisclosed location with numbered storage and no identifying information attached. Your security and privacy are our top priorities.

You'll have my direct contact information, and I'll reach you immediately in any urgent situation. My vet tech background helps me assess and respond appropriately to health concerns.
